For my class, we have to upload voice files using Purevoice, a program that I dread, but that's the one the teacher wants us to use :/ . Anyway, Purevoice no longer supports Mac....I'm running OS X Tiger. I'm annoyed because I cannot even play the .qcp files that my instructor sent me. I am suppoed to listen to her comments but Quicktime won't play the file (though strangely enough, it's listed in the MME as a playable audio file).
Anyway, do any of you know of a program I could use in place of Purevoice that will allow me to record AND play .qcp audio files? Is there at least a free file converter I could use to convert the file into something like a.wav or .mp3?
Anyway, if I don't find a solution, I will have to go to the computer lab and use the WIndows PCs

for all my assignments, which is very inconvenient for me given my schedule....any help appreciated.
Also, I asked my instructor if she has WIndows Media Player or something like that which could read a .wav or .mp3 file because that would be a million times easier for me as far as uploading the assignments (though I would still need to be able to playback her comments, which would be in .qcp) but she appeared clueless as to what she even has on her computer.....
