Hello Folks,

I've never posted a thread before so I don't know whether I am posting it in the right place or not.
I have a problem. I am using OSX and have an Epson Photo R210 connected with Print CD. I have used Print CD successfully before but now after I load the CD tray and press the Print button for Print CD I get an error message saying: CD/DVD TRAY IS OPEN which it is,of course since it holds my blank CD. I can't work what the problem is. In the past when I have printed I have had genuine Epsom colour cartridges loaded but at the moment I have cheap imitations. Could this be the problem? They print fine (well, reasonably fine) on paper.

Anybody got any ideas?

I went to the Epson website and followed the instructions including a reset\restart of the print drivers then a fresh download from Epson for my R340 for intel based Macs....still not working
