i got a toast encodeing question for music dvd encodeing wise

i want to created a music dvd with all the 320kb mp3's i have gotten

and want to trim them down to 192kb if i was to encodeing using the best opitons in toast will i lose quality at all

if yes then wouldn't u lost qusome quality of your mp3 music if u were to created and audio cd also ?
