iTunes 7 question

Hey guys
i just installed the new iTunes 7.
according to Mr. Jobs, he said that all of the albums covers will be in my playlist even if you didnt download them from iTunes. if you have an account. which i do
from the start i never had any album covers but he said once you add your songs into iTunes they will appear for some reason my albums were not updated with the covers.
How can i get the covers for each album?

Select the menu Advanced->Load album covers.

Ive been trying to figure this out also for the past little while.
but i have a question is this "itunes account" the same thing as my .mac account or something differnet?
