I have seen a few people complaining about this, so if you are one of the people who don't like your text being capitalized in the source list it's an easy fix, just do this:

1. Show Package Contents on iTunes
2. Navigate to Contents/Resources/English.lproj/Localizable.strings
3. Back this up if you wish then open the file in a text editor (such as TextEdit)
4. Navigate to the area that says /* ===== Source Display Strings ===== */ (easiest way is to just press command-F and paste that in to jump right to it).

The lines you want to edit are in that area. Just change LIBRARY to Library for example. Quit iTunes and when you open it again the text should be lowercase.

Here's what it looks like when done:

Thanks a million. I didn't know how annoyed I was at it before I compared your screenshot to my iTunes.
