I can't seem to get any .mpg movies to play in my browsers. Quicktime crashes Safari, Omniweb, Shiira and Firefox. It does seem to play .avi and .wmv files though. I even had my very first kernel panic in 3 years! Are there any preference files I can delete to refresh quicktime? Thanks.

What third party Quicktime plug-ins are you using and are they the latest versions?

I really can't remember is I have any plug-ins installed... I do have divx player installed and flip4mac. I also just updated divx player. I thought it played my avi files though...Sorry to not be helpful.
