When I click a button in iTunes 7, the app doesn't respond until I move the cursor away from that button. Eg. the play/pause button will change appearance by simply clicking, but the selected song is not played/paused before the cursor has moved. Same thing with the 3 view buttons.

Yeh same here.. I mentioned it in one of the other threads about iTunes 7.... this really seems quite a buggy release..
