I was planning on buying Final Cut Express and I just want to make sure I'm not missing any rumors or anything. Express is pretty safe to buy now, right? There are no rumors about an upgrade to Final Cut or anything, correct? I think I saw that it was last updated in June, but I could be wrong. Let me know what you think.

Last major update in Janaury. Assume that in January 07' Final Cut Express HD 4.0 will premier.
