Hey all,

I have Dane Cook's Harmful if swallowed CD in my iTunes and went through and unified the tags with Corripio and then manually to make sure they were uniform, but iTunes won't put it all one album when viewing in cover flow or the album art view. It separates it into 3 different sections (The first 2 tracks, middle 3, and the rest).

Any Idea what I can do to make it combine them into one album?

Have you tried making it a compilation? (edit multiple tags, check Compilation: Yes)

It's an ugly workaround but should at least get it to display as one album in album view.

I'm sure Apple will address this eventually, as a lot of people (myself included) have had problems getting albums to show as one.

Ah, sweet, that got it! Thanks!

I hope they fix this soon, I haven't had too many problems, but it seems like something that should work,

You may also want to look into using the new "Album Artist" field for that. I haven't personally used that, but I have read in other forums that gives the same result.

Most likely you had a small typo in there, which made iTunes not recognize them as the same album. The best way to fix that would be to select all tracks from that album (command-click if they're not together in the list) and then Get Info on the bunch all at once, to batch edit. Then enter the album and artist name again, and press OK. iTunes will then apply the exact same info to all the tracks and recognize them as an album.
