iCal Notifications are Nuts!

Can anyone tell me why all of my iCal reminders open up 1/2 way off of my screen? These are the only things that do this. This happens on both my Powerbook G4 and my Mac Pro.

Help, this is annoying!

Same thing is happening to me on my G5 home, however my identical system at work the reminders show up in the ceneter as usual. This started after upgrading to 10.4.8
