So I have a few SMB/AFP shares setup with SharePoints. Every now and then I can see that someone is downloading stuff from me via MenuMeters when outgoing traffic is like 1MB/s.

However I would like to monitor exactly what it is they are downloading/watching off my computer, and which IP address. How can I do this with some easy to use freeware? What about logs that may be kept?
