After languishing for years, Qualcomm has finally decided to open source Eudora and is working with the Mozilla Foundation to take it over.

I'm intrigued and somewhat concerned by all of this. I've always thought Eudora was the best of a lot of bad choices. I rely on e-mail heavily in my business and Eudora is about the best for multiple accounts, etc. but all seem cumbersome for managing large, multiple address books, etc. I'll be interested to see what happens.
