Hey You All,

I have sent my Final Cut 4.5 HD disc for an upgrade to Final Cut Studio 5.1 production suite for 199.00, but I have still yet to hear from apple. I know they recieved the disc and the payment last tuesday cuz I had requested a return reciept on it. It has been a week. I dial the number associated with the upgrade, but damn I can't get a live person....very disappointing from apple's part. I am constantly checking the link they provide on the phone system...but supposedly no records match..I have checked my junk mail just incase...nothing yet...they say records are updated 48 hours after the package is recieved...it's been more like a week and i haven't heard anything from those lazy fools

This has to be the 2nd worst experiece I've had with apple...the first was trying to contact them to see if Motion 2 "Academic Version" was elligilbe.....not one rep from apple was informed about this or was sure 100%...that is suprising

do you guys have any idea how long it can take...or has anyone had any experience with this upgrade process at all...any any information would help... i did call 1800-my-apple but didn't lead me anywhere..

First off, you shouldn't post "Please Help" as the title of your thread. It's a big NO NO in this forum. If everyone did that, nobody would bother looking at them.

I would call apple and continue hitting zero until you get a live person on the phone.
