I take a lot of notes on my Mac and also on paper at meetings. I would like to find a program that will allow me to paste notes and attach PDFs, scanned paper note images, etc. and associate context so I can later find it. I'm not sure what exact interface this would have, but I'm trying to throw away the non-searchable paper notebook with such a product. This is a relatively simple idea, but one that I think would be extremely useful. Does anyone know of something like this? Thanks!
