Today I started Eye TV, and got told about an update. SO I downloaded and installed it (replacing the previous version DOH!). IT'S CRAP the Audio keeps clipping out all the time. Which makes it UNUSEABLE.

So two things, first anyone with EyeTV 2 DON'T download the most recent update (2.3.2 (24030)). Also can anyone post a link to a slightly older build.

This is quite important to me, as I use my iMac as a TV.

Latest version works fine here. Their support is good, email them and I'm sure they'll send you a link for the old one.

Scrub that! Just use this URL: http://www.elgato.com/downloads/eyetv231update.dmg

My 2.3.2 works fine.

Cant you just install it off the cd you got with your device?

Thanks for the link (hope the update hasn't changed any of the file formats).
Maybe it needs the computer to be restarted?
