It is clearly a message from Satan. A Dell computer has accessed your gmail POP account and Mail is not happy.

Thanks, bro. If it's a message from Satan then I say right on. I've been trying for ages to get in touch with the guy. It's about time he sends me a sign!

Seriously, though, what is up with that message? And why does it come up now all of a sudden?

Actually, I was only half-joking. gmail is a pop account, so if there is another computer logged into your gmail account, things can get dicey. Hence the "if you open a mailbox that is already in use..." warning. I was just guessing that either Satan or your ex-girlfriend are using a Dell computer (dell5160) and have logged into your gmail account and are mucking around in your Deleted Items folder.
