Activity Monitor. It is in the Utilities folder of the Applications folder. It comes with your system for no extra charge. Maybe that is too simple? iStat Pro/Nano are a pair of widgets that do this pretty well, as well.

Uh, yeah, I noticed that application just after posting this thread. Sorry for the trouble!

BTW, Activity Monitor is far more advanced than either the iStat widgets or application.
