this is probably obvious, i am missing it...

i have a website, i chose "save password:never" in safaris when i visited it before, but now i want to change that status.

how do i do this?

(I think) you need to open Keychain Access in your Applications/Utilities folder, find the entry for the domain where you chose this option (it will be called www. domain .com (Passwords not saved)) and delete that entry. Next time you try to log in, you will be prompted for the password and save option.

You can also edit it in the AutoFill prefs within Safari.
