Ya-I just figured it out. You have to use Finder to do it. You can't delete it directly from the garageband application window like you can with iTunes. Kinda lame. Thanks.
Probably because iTunes is designed to manage your library of music... Garageband is just an app to make music. No creative apps like that allow you to Trash files from within the program.
