Auto website login possible with Automator/Applescript?

Allright I figured this is the best place I can find help to my problem which might not be very complex but I cant find a solution anywhere.

I recently got a new ISP that logs out me out every 6 hours and I need to go to a link to log back in with a username and password.

I played around with Automator hoping I can sort of automate safari to open at a certain time and go to that link and log me in..... but, I couldnt go beyong Automator opening up Safari and going to a link.

Any help here guys would be really appreciated. It sucks to wake up in the middle of the night to log in so my uploading carries on all night..
