I Purchased some TV Shows and they appeared to download, but they all have an exclamation point next to them that says it can't find the original files. I watched them download and they are listed in in iTunes, but I can't find the files. Spotlight can't find them either. iTunes tells me that all items have been downloaded when I check for purchased items.

Any ideas?!?!

Have you moved the files, were they on an external disc that is no longer connected?

No. I couldn't find them from the second after they finished downloading. They are listed in iTunes and show the cover art, but iTunes can't find the original file and neither can Spotlight.

Go to the "Store" menu and do a "Check for purchases". If there was a problem with the download this will make it download again. If that doesn't work you'll probably have to contact the iTunes Store support.
