i have a 250gb lacie d2 for my MBP and id like it to only back up specific folders and then in the future be able to 'sync' the HD to my MBP to update the data...

what would be the best app for this?

is there an app that can do that with a bunch of folders at once though? its very tedious going through for every folder one at a time.. thanks
