I have a folder with several(50) files that I update frequently, some of which I update daily. They are mainly word and excel files. I cannot seem to figure out how to house the file on the MAC HD and have it sync to my idisk in .mac automatically.

Can somebody help me to do this?

Thanks in advance.

Mount your iDisk. Move the folder to it and operate out of it instead of your Mac HD.
