Hello all, I just got my new Macbook today and love the thing. My only problem (which could be major) is that the applications I copied over from my old machine will not run. They will all bounce once in the dock and then nothing. I get no indication that they ran/failed/otherwise. All of the Universal apps includes are running fine. I am having trouble with Apps suck as Photoshop, MS Office, Stickybrain, etc. All of the Rosetta apps.

Did you run Monolingual or one of those other "space-saving" utilities, by any chance?

Ticking sound coming from a .pkg package? Don't let the .bom go off! Inspect it first with Pacifist. Macworld - five mice!

It's not just running Monolingual, it's telling it to remove an PPC binaries from the system. Which breaks Rosetta, making it impossible for you to run PPC apps.
