What document management software to use for my new scanner?

I just got a new fujitsu document scanner. Need some recommendations for a management software. Something along the lines of paperport for windows. One feature of paperport that I like is that it automatically ocrs all my docs for search purposes (too bad windows crapped out - but the concept was cool). Anything like that for the mac?
