I'm trying to export my iMovie movie as a .wmv file, but when it finishes it stops only shows 30 seconds of film...

Any ideas why?

Because the plug-in to do this is not free. The ability to export as WMV comes from the Flip4Mac WMV player plugin which is free for playback of wmv but not for export. What you are getting is an example of the capability of the paid for version. If you really must export a wmv (it should be avoided like the plague if you can), you will need to upgrade the plug-in. See the Flip4Mac preference pane in System Preferences or visit their web site.

I was glad to see this thread, I was having the same issue.... glad to know why I was only getting part of my movies....
