The online slideshow's you can make with iPhoto are pretty neat, and I'd like to put one up on a website. I don't have a .Mac account though. Can I publish an iPhoto slideshow to a general website? If not, is there a Mac program out there that will let me create and publish a slideshow? Something I could post on a site as a single-file kinda thing. I don't know website software too well, sorry.

Yes, I use iWeb all the time to make photo websites with slideshows, and I don't have a .mac account. The only thing is that without a .mac account the slideshow will be the older style with brushed metal. You must have a .mac account to use the newer theme.

Having an old theme is okay, but do you have to use iWeb? The website i want the slideshow on is already set up. I'd like a simple link to open the slideshow in a new window, with all data needed for the slideshow stored on the site server, and that's it.
