Safari won't fully load pages

	I'm running 10.3.9, and when clicking an address the address bar will show the page loading most of the way, then hangs there. If I click to another page the original page I wanted will momentarily load before trying to get to the next page. I can get it to load, but quite annoying. I did reset the cache, but don't know what else to try. Thanks
