Quicksilver-Dual 1.8GHz-1.5Gig RAM

I have been copying my VHS movies into iMovieHD and have run into a problem that I am having difficulty solving. When I have done all the editing I need to do in iMovieHD, I normally choose to Share the result to QuickTime with Expert Settings. This will create a file as .m2v with audio. It shows the selection as exporting "Movie to MPEG2" using NTSC, non-drop, 4.3, 4 Mbps, one pass. When I click on the save button I get this: "Serialization error - DVD Studio Pro must be serialized first in order to run Quicktime MPEG Encoder" I have used both DVD Studio Pro 4.0.3 and 4.1.1. Even went so far as to reinstall DVD Studio Pro and double checking that the serial number was accepted, which it was and I was able to open DVD Studio Pro with no problems. Now I am stumped and hope I may receive some guidance from someone more knowledgeable. HELP ANYONE?
