In spite of having Safari 2.0.4 and Flash 8 installed, per this window:



MSN Video still does not let me view the material and does not respond when I click the link "once this software has been installed..."

What is going on?!?!?!!

What specific video are you trying to watch?

I was able to view several vids from MSN video with Safari 2.0.4 on 10.4.8 PPC

You mention that you have Flash 8 installed, however the latest Flash is 9.0.28.0 so maybe you just need to install the latest version.

try going into the safari properties (apple i) and force safari to open in rosetta, and try that
