The rundown:

-Running cable broadband wirelessly with a NetGear RangeMax (WPN824).
-Using XTorrent 1.0 (v26).

The problem:

My wireless connection crashes when I use BitTorrent. I have BT port forwarded so I have connected to up to 70 users and got speeds up to 350kb/s. I contacted my ISP and asked them to give me the skinny from their side. They said that I am not over using bandwidth, so it's not because of them cutting me off. So I figure it is the router itself crashing because it cannot handle the immense connections BT throws at it.

So what I need to know is how can I configure BitTorrent to limit the amount of connections it's getting so my router wont crash? Is there a better BT client I could use?
