Very odd thing started happening yesterday. I have two IMAP accounts set up in Apple Mail. Been set up this way for a year or two no problem. Now I'm having sender and/or subject stop showing up in the list view on some messages and not others. If I select the inbox for one account and go to Mailbox -> Rebuild it comes back but then if I look in another mailbox and come back, or quit and relaunch it will happen again.
I've tried removing and adding the accounts several times, removing the apple.mail.plist, rebooting, checking drive permissions, etc. to no avail. I've looked on the mail server via my web mail interface and everything appears normal there.
I have a Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro - only thing that jumps out is that yesterday I did the security patch update for Quicktime. (Ran the patch today for Airport, but problem already existed). No other software changes in the past few days.
Anyone else seen anything like this?
