The last couple of days my iChat has been having problems connecting to AIM. When I launch the program it says "lost connection with AIM". It doesnt always do this, sometimes it connects with no problem but rarely. It seems like its been doing this since i installed Adium and uninstalled it. Also, it happens on both of my computers. Anyone else having this problem, maybe its a problem with AIM?

iChat doesn't connect quite as stable-y as I would like. But I just quit and restart iChat. I'd rather not install AIM or some other client, especially since I'm using a interim computer right now. XD

Lately, the video and audio chat buttons have been appearing and disappearing for some contacts, often requiring them to log out of iChat and back in to see the button/give the option to start a video/audio conference. Very strange...

How did it come to this? Goodbye PowerPC. | sensory output

There have always been many voodooish problems connecting iChat on Mac to AIM on a PC.

I had many problems trying to chat with a friend, however, just a few minutes ago we had a great chat, and it worked flawlessly. Talk about voodoo.
