Podcast feed not updating in ITMS

I have helped a friend develop a podcast for his church. Everything has been working smoothly for months, but since December, the xml feed will not update. If you attempt to subscribe to the podcast, you receive the following error message:

"Coastal Community Church Weekly Messages" does not seem to be a valid Podcast URL.

I've run the xml feed through feedvalidator.org and everything checks out fine.

Anybody have any ideas? Is there a way to contact the ITMS directly about this?
