Hi there,
When I go to launch Entourage on my 15" PowerBook (not the MacBook of an earlier post!) running 10.4.8, I get the following warning under:

Application Launch Failure
The application "Entourage" could not be launched because of a shared library error:
".<Microsoft Entourage><stuffitEngineSDKLib><><>"

Would anyone know of a workround for this problem? I need to access the Entourage address book!
I might add that Entourage was opening OK until today ....mmmnn ...

Hi Macola,
Reinstalled Stuffit Expander as you suggested - Entourage still will not open - I am getting the same warning as before!
Can you suggest anything else?

Hi Macola
After reinstalling Stuffit, I experienced the same problem - as I said in the earlier post. Then I decided to check the library and I navigated to MacintoshHD and checked various folders and in MacintoshHD/Library/CFMSupport I found a folder called 'StuffitEngineShell.cfm'. I dragged it to the desktop and did a reboot. I then opened up Entourage and hey presto it worked...!!
Now I am not too sure what to do with the StuffitEngineShell.cfm file on my desktop - I don't know where it should live - or should I trash it and pray it's not needed elswhere?!!
Advice would be more than appreciated Macola - or from anyone else who has had a similar problem!
