yahoo widget to dashboard widget converter?

Does anyone know if there is a utility to convert Yahoo Widget engine widgets to dashboard widgets? In case there is ever something I can't find for Dashboard, I'd rather not have both Dashboard and Yahoo Widgets running together.

FWIW, I can understand you not wanting the two prgm's running at the same time but incase you can't find that converter I have had both prgms running for almost a year now with no problems.
