Help needed-Flip4Mac watermark on iMovie nuisance

Flip4Mac is putting a watermark on the entire WMV video that I imported into iMovie HD.
Is there anyway I can get this removed from my video file?

Purchase the version that allows iMovie import and import the movie again.

Convert the file to MPEG4 first with ffmpegx.
