Cannot Open Quicken QDFM File

	My hard drive recently died in my MacBook. Luckily I have .Mac and Backup and backup to an external hard drive every night at 3:00 AM. A hard drive was replaced into the MacBook and I had to reinstall everything. When I double click on the QDFM file, it says that it isn't a Quicken File and if I try to open it from within Quicken it's grey'd out and unselectable. Anyone have any ideas? I googled but the advice that one guy provided of changing the ownerships didn't work.
