Is there a (possibly freeware) app that allows me to record my desktop usage and convert it into a movie to email someone? There is a particular problem I'm facing and the manufacturer of the product has asked me to email them the problem. Instead of writing a long email that might not necessarily explain what's wrong, it would be much easier to simply capture my desktop usage and email them.
