When i down load flasplayer and try to open it it gives me this error "The application "Install Flash Player 9 OSX" could not be launched because of a shared library error: "+<BaseInstaller><BaseInstaller><CarbonLib><>" " I have a powermac G5 dual 2.3 GHz with mac osx ver 10.4.9 this issue is very bothersome becuase i cant watch any videos online. when i try to use youtube it wont play any videos it just has a little box icon where the video screen should be.

If you guys could offer some advise that would be great.

Thanks

Sometimes this is a sign of a corrupted installation. Try repairing permissions, booting from the OS X boot disk and running "repair disk" and/or reinstalling the 10.4.9 combo updater. Do other Carbon applications work?
