isync not syncing to one account. Any help?

I sync 4 accounts over 2 computers and one of them on my PB G4 is not syncing have just checked this and it is not picking up new information. Also very oddly duplicates of some recurring and single actions were included and some of them appearing in different calanders.

Very strange and inconvenient. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
