old Toast 4 disk images

Going through my archives, I have what purport to be a bunch of old Toast disk images, from the Adaptec Toast 4 era. Sadly, neither Disc Utility nor the newer Roxio Toast 8 are capable of mounting or converting these images.

Anybody know of an app that might be able to convert these into ISO images, or some other modern format?
