Hi all

I have just purchased the Epson Stylus Pro 3800 Professional Printer. After installing the ColorBurst RIP software that was included with the printer I am unable to start ColorBurst RIP in order to configure. I am repeatedly getting the following window:

"Printer Sharing is on. ColorBurst cannot receive files when Printer Sharing is on. Please disable Printer Sharing and restart you computer..."

Per instructions, Printer Sharing has been turned off. The computer retarted. I still get this window when attempting to start ColorBurst RIP. I have repeatedly double check, and restarted. I have also reinstalled the ColorBurst RIP software. I am still getting this window which will not allow me to start ColorBurst.

ColorBurst Systems directs all tech support questions regarding RIP software bundled with Epson printers to Epson. I have emailed Epson.

Any ideas?
