Dear fellow members,
I would be interested to know what policy Apple Co. has regarding the resale of its software on the second hand market. Precisely, if I sell a software which I don't use anymore to another person, will this person be able to correspond his/her name to the original license key program?

In my case,
I wish to sell my Aperture application to someone, as my camera isn't supported. I already registered Aperture under my name several months ago...
Will the new user be able to register it under his own name as he wishes ?

I think so - it's certainly legal as long as you uninstall your version - their 'policy' on this should not matter - you have a right to do it.
