Copy scene parts from DVD?

I was wondering if you know a software or application that allow me to make a copy from a DVD scene part. Not necessary the whole DVD part - just scenes part. For my presentation that I want to share some good scene parts.

Handbrake will give you a movie file of a particular scene, etc.

Snapz will let you capture the DVD as it plays on screen and encode it into a variety of formats?!?!
