hey there. so when my alerts/reminders in entourage (calendar) go off i don't seem to have any ability to snooze it for a desired amount of time. there is only "snooze". this seems weird for two reasons: 1) there is a little arrow in the snooze button that normally indicates some options if you click it; 2) the stupid snooze time is like 6 minutes and i have to keep clicking the lame thing consantly over the course of an hour!!!!
am i doing something wrong here or did ms just make another stupid product? using entourage/office 2004.
ended up answering this myself. apparently, instead of just clicking the little down arrow in "snooze" you click and hold and a list of snooze times opens up. a bit unorthodox, but at least one can choose the snooze time.
