mail, 2new mail boxes, only one shows sent and drafts?

I just added 2 new IMAP accounts/email boxes to mail app. Both set up in exactly the same way and are both related to the same domain name, but only one created sent and draft folders.

Any tips

I just deleted the account without sent etc and reinstalled it and now it is fine, displaying all as it should now
