Cheers

for some reason my MS Excel won't remember the position on the screen where I save it, and opens Under the various menu bars at the top of the screen where I can't grab the top of the pane and moveit

any way to fix this? Excel 2004 v 11.2.5

the more I use it the lamer the program seems compared to earlier version.

too bad AAPL won't ever have a spreadsheet program!

cheers

I've had exactly the same problem ever since I installed office 2004 no idea why it happens. I have to manually drag the window out each time too and maximising always put the title bar under the toolbars. Anyone care enough about MS to hazard a guess?

See the link ot the thread that hab posted above - the solution's posted there. You need to arrange all the toolbars so they are sitting fast against the menu bar - they snap tight against one another when dragged and the window resizes - and not floating loosely on top of the window. Thanks hab!
