I have a desktop that I want to sync with my wireless macbook...using .mac and ical...any recommendations for this work flow?

The automatic sync setting..does that sync everytime I made a change?

Should I set it on both systems. Just wondering the best settings to keep everything in sync. I want my main desktop to be the main system but also want all the info from the macbook synced as well.

Suggestions?
