I haven't been able to connect in iChat in recent tries. Nothing has changed recently, but I haven't tried to video/audio chat in a while. I know my router has changed. I have a 3CRWE554G72TU. I can't say what other people have on their ends, but I have tried multiple people and am unable to connect. I found this article. I am not sure about the network protocols or how to test for them. If anyone has any advice, please let me know. Thanks in advance.
